What these forms collect

The estimate form collects your name, phone or email, city, address or approximate area, rooms or areas, preferred day, how you heard about us and any extra details you choose to add. The after-photo form collects your name, phone or email, city, approximate cleaning date and your optional display approval. The forms do not upload photos. Who sees your photos

Photos you email to us are used to match your cleaning and confirm your photo credit. We do not post them on our website or social pages unless you tick the separate display approval box on the after-photo form. The credit does not depend on display approval. If you approve display, we use photos only when both a before and after exist for the job. We crop them to the carpet only and remove names, addresses and other details of your home.

How long we keep photos

We keep customer job photos for 18 months after the job. We delete them sooner if you ask. Photos you approve for display stay until you withdraw your approval.

Asking us to remove your photos or withdraw approval

If you want your photos removed, or you change your mind about showing them, email aggrocarpetcleaning@gmail.com or call or text your city number and we will take them down.
